Alexandros Ladis is a Senior Project Manager at Alpha Bank, within the Project Governance & Delivery area, contributing to the Bank’s Transformation Program by driving the successful delivery of complex business and technology initiatives. Previously, he held managerial and leadership roles across the financial sector, including Intrum Hellas, Piraeus Bank, and Bank of Cyprus. His background combines project management, business development, loan portfolio management, and operational transformation. Alexandros has led initiatives that improved efficiency, governance, and performance monitoring, while fostering collaboration across teams and organizations.

He holds a B.A. in Political Science & History from Panteion University, an M.S. in Financial and Banking for Executives, and an Executive MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
