The anniversary event of Charisma Works in Larissa was completed with absolute success, celebrating two years of dynamic presence in the field of soft skills development, personal development and public speaking. The company, which has been supported by the STARTAB Entrepreneurship Program, celebrated this important anniversary together with partners, customers and friends, confirming its steady growth and innovative approach to business world.

The event took place in an atmosphere of inspiration and networking in the city of Larissa, gathering professionals, partners and friends of the company. Attendees had the opportunity to taste fine wines from Alata Winery, share experiences and get to know the vision and future actions of CharismaWorks.

The founder of CharismaWorks, Karina Iskandarova, expressed her gratitude for the trust she has received over the past two years, stressing the importance of continuous development and empowerment of professionals through the development of their personal and communication skills. She warmly thanked her by saying a few words about the businesses that helped her implement the first official event of her business. More specifically, thanked Alata Winery, Stagiannis Financial Center, GMATIC Agency, Angelopoulos & Associates, and Photofactory for their support and contribution.

The evening ended with networking and music, where participants had the opportunity to exchange views and explore new opportunities for cooperation.

The STARTAB Entrepreneurship Program, which supports start-ups and innovative businesses, has played an important role in the evolution of CharismaWorks, providing guidance, a network of contacts and contributing to its establishment in the field.

 CharismaWorks continues its dynamic course, with new educational initiatives and innovative actions that enhance personal and professional development.

 STARTAB aims at the continuous education and guidance of young people to develop their entrepreneurial skills, achieve financial independence and give them the opportunity to change their lives and start their own business on solid foundations.

 STARTAB is implemented by Corallia with the support of King’s Trust International and is offered free of charge to young people aged 18-35. The goal of STARTAB is to establish itself as the largest Entrepreneurship Program in the country. The experience of the contributors in supporting young entrepreneurs and a strong network of advisors is a valuable asset in supporting startups that will play important role in kick-starting the economy. The Program is an ideal choice, offering free training, support and guidance to those interested in entrepreneurship. More than 470 young people have received mentoring while 64 of them have completed and successfully presented their business plan.
