Katerina Mavroudi is a dietitian pharmacist, with the support of the STARTAB Entrepreneurship Program, presents Stress to Zen IBS, an innovative program aimed at supporting people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), with a special focus on women. Katerina has developed A holistic approach that combines personalized nutrition and management of the gut-brain axis to cope with both physical symptoms and stress, which often intensifies health problems.

Stress to Zen IBS is a six-month, online individual Coaching program that helps young women manage the symptoms of IBS. With personalized nutritional guidance and gut-brain axis balancing techniques, the program offers holistic support for a better quality of life.

With the support of STARTAB and her mentor Paris Andreou, Katerina gained the necessary guidance and tools to turn her vision into a structured and effective solution for her clients. “The STARTAB project taught me how to balance the scientific approach to nutrition with the importance of stress management, offering a truly holistic solution for people living with IBS,” she said.

Alongside her professional career as a dietitian pharmacist and teaching pharmacy and nutrition assistant students, Katerina worked on the development of Stress to Zen IBS.
