The STARTAB Entrepreneurship Programme announces the renewal of the identity of its main sponsor, Prince’s Trust International, which is renamed King‘s Trust International.
This change marks a new chapter in supporting young entrepreneurs, both in Greece and internationally. With the new name, King’s Trust International maintains its mission while renewing its commitment to creating a positive and lasting impact on young people’s lives, including offering opportunities and support to those seeking to turn their business idea into reality.
The King’s Trust is a global network of support, founded by King Charles III in 1976, when he was still Prince of Wales. To date, it has helped more than 1.3 million people. young people to acquire skills and opportunities for a better future. The King’s Trust Group operates in 25 countries worldwide, including Greece.
As captured in the video “The King’s Trust rebrand“, this change reflects the evolution and adaptation of the organization to the challenges of an ever-changing global business landscape.
The King’s Trust’s new branding was created by award-winning creator James Sommerville OBE, who was one of the organisation’s first supporters in 1986 and said: “It is an honour to be creatively leading the new identity of The King’s Trust – an organisation that has meant so much to me for almost 40 years. The new logo and tagline “Working for young people” express our mission to support young people to build a bright future.»
The revamped logo incorporates a crown, paying homage to King Charles III and his legacy. The shapes inside the crown depict a young person at the center, surrounded by mentors and supporters rallying around the organization’s mission, symbolizing the ongoing commitment to supporting the new generation.
STARTAB is the most dynamic start-up entrepreneurship program in Greece, offering young people the tools they need to turn innovative ideas into successful and sustainable businesses. Through hands-on workshops, mentoring from experienced mentors and networking with top professionals, STARTAB has already supported hundreds of young entrepreneurs to take their first steps, actively contributing to the development and sustainability of their ventures.
In February 2025, STARTAB recorded the largest monthly attendance to date, confirming its continued growth and impact. The program’s website has already exceeded 65,000 unique visits, while the impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 highlights its positive impact on young entrepreneurs in Greece.
Since its inception, STARTAB has proven to be a catalyst for skills development, with all participants reporting improvement in at least three key areas. At the same time, 99% of trainees have gained valuable knowledge in entrepreneurial skills, boosting their self-confidence and preparation for the business world.

About STARTAB
STARTAB is offered entirely free of charge to young people aged 18-35 who want to turn a business idea into a successful and sustainable business. Participants initially have the opportunity to discover market trends and develop their business ideas through an all-day Idea Development Workshop and then attend a 4-day Interactive Entrepreneurship Seminar, where they explore the practical side of starting and running a business. Then, those participants who wish to receive Consulting Guidance for up to 12 months in order to develop, design and test their business idea and then mature their business plan. Those who are ready to start their business can present their business plan to the Business Start-up Team, a group of business consultants that evaluates the viability of each participant’s business plan. Finally, participants who reach this stage and establish the business have the opportunity to receive Business Guidance for another 12 months for the development of their business. Those participants who do not continue with the development of a business idea have the opportunity to attend workshops aimed at developing their professional career and integrating into the workplace.
