Katerina has 20-year experience in executive positions in Nike EHQ and Nike Hellas. Skilled in Operations, Sales, Management and E-commerce (Β2Β). She has bachelor in BA, MSc in HR and a Diploma in Executive Coaching and Organizational Development.

Currently active as an OD Consultant and Executive Coach focusing on increasing organization effectiveness and health through planned interventions in processes, using behavioral science knowledge. Also, she focuses on startups, supporting them to build their organization’s processes and enhance natural leadership.
