Tilemachos Tsolis has launched his own holistic therapies business in Athens, under the name Tilemachos Holistic Therapies, transforming his personal passion for wellness and human care into a sustainable professional path, with the decisive support of the STARTAB program.

With studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine and many years of experience in social work in refugee accommodation facilities (2015–2022), Tilemachos combined his knowledge in palliative care with modern entrepreneurship tools. The result is a comprehensive framework for the provision of personalized services, such as acupuncture, suction cup therapy and massage, which is addressed to everyone, regardless of income or social background. “Before STARTAB, I had passion but no structure. Now I have a plan, clientele and self-confidence in my journey”, he declares.

During the STARTAB program, Tilemachos acquired practical tools such as financial organization, service planning and marketing strategy. Within a few months, he created a digital presence, started partnerships with NGOs and businesses, and developed a stable clientele in Athens, holding over 10 sessions per week. “The program helped me speak the ‘language’ of entrepreneurship, without losing my values.”

At the same time, it continues to build synergies with social structures and tourist accommodations, in order to offer care to both vulnerable populations and visitors to the city. His vision is to create a mobile treatment unit that will bring holistic healing to where it is really needed.

Tilemachos Holistic Therapies is the proof that entrepreneurship with a social sign can start from a person’s passion and evolve into a structured intervention for the common good.
