She has been a Gender Advisor at the General Secretariat for Family Policy and Gender Equality, a Certified Business Coach, Mentor, Women’s’ Entrepreneurship Facilitator and Strategic Marketing Specialist with a Bachelor from the University of Staffordshire (BA in Business Administration) in Business Administration, and a Master’s by the University of Stirling (M.Sc. in Marketing) in Marketing and Gender Equality. Her undergraduate and postgraduate theses were on Strategic Marketing with orientation in Business Strategy and Equality in Gender and Opportunities.

She is trained in Women Social Entrepreneurship and holds the WISE4Women certification of the respective training program by the European Union. 

She is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

Also she is a mentor to young entrepreneurs in Women on Top, Women Do Business, Foundit by Prince’s Trust International as well as  Bizrupt.
