New Patisserie "White Pastry Shop"- Unique Flavors and Environmentally Friendly Policy

With the support of the STARTAB Entrepreneurship Program, the new White Pastry Shop business launches activities, offering a fine variety of confectionery delights, focusing on themed cupcakes in unique flavors and elegant appearance. The White Pastry Shop is not limited to cupcakes, but also offers specialized sweets, such as tarts, cakes in pieces, and sweets using Stevia, as well as custom sweets made of sugar paste, upon request.

One of the store’s core principles is its eco-friendly policy, which ranges from waste recycling to the use of natural energy resources. In addition, all preparations are made with pure ingredients and without the use of ready-made mixtures.

The co-founder of White Pastry Shop, George Kouroutos, is a graduate of a professional school of pastry and bakery and has attended several pastry seminars in Greece, while he still has work experience in the field for over 3 years. George shares his experience from the Program and the mentoring stage: “Working with my mentor was very helpful and our communication was excellent. The process also supported my psychology and helped me learn things I hadn’t thought of. I learned things I didn’t know I had to pay attention to. I think it’s worth a lot to anyone who doesn’t know how to start their business.”

STARTAB aims at the continuous education and guidance of young people to develop their entrepreneurial skills, achieve financial independence and give them the opportunity to change their lives and start their own business on solid foundations.

STARTAB is implemented by Corallia with the support of Prince’s Trust International and is offered free of charge to young people aged 18-35. The goal of STARTAB is to establish itself as the largest Entrepreneurship Program in the country. The experience of the contributors in supporting young entrepreneurs and a strong network of advisors is a valuable asset in supporting startups that will play important role in kick-starting the economy. The Program is an ideal choice, offering free training, support and guidance to those interested in entrepreneurship. More than 350 young people have received mentoring while 46 of them have completed and successfully presented their business plan.
