Nikolaos Skentos is the head of the Financial Department in the Directorate of Primary Education of Arta. He also has a bachelor and a masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Certificate in Counselling and Guidance. He speaks English fluently and is qualified in ICT. 

As a Certified adult educator having worked both in Formal education as much as Adult education ( lifelong-distance and vocational training), he has a significant teaching experience in the fields above ( more than 2500 hours of experience in adult education.)

However, he has collaborated as a laboratory teaching staff with the TEI of Epirus in the period 2005-2011.Currently, he collaborates with various bodies in the framework of consulting-mentoring, such as Small Enterprises’ Institute of the Hellenic Confederation of Professionals, Craftsmen and Merchants (IME GSEVEE), The Hellenic Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship (ESEE).

In his free time he writes articles for local newspapers and participates in volunteer work. In the past he was a member of the National Working Group on the Structured Dialogue for the General Secretariat for Youth. From October 2021, he took on the role of Multiplier of the Eurodesk Network for the Region of Epirus.
