MENTORS

HELP YOUNG PEOPLE
START THEIR OWN BUSINESS

STARTAB Entrepreneurship Programme is offered to young people for free. This wouldn’t be possible without the valuable support of its volunteers.

You can join the Programme as a Mentor volunteer, guiding young people who have attended the four-day Explore Enterprise Course and want to take the next step in starting their own business.

Mentor-Mentee meetings take place once a month, on a date and location agreed with the Mentee. They last around one hour and you can discuss with the Mentee different issues related to their business idea development.

Mentoring is also beneficial to the Mentor, since this is a great opportunity to further develop your skills such as active listening, successful goal-setting, efficient problem-solving and interpersonal communication, while helping young people to achieve a positive outcome in their lives, using your current knowledge and experience.
