Maria Gialeli presented her business plan after her participation in the Be Your Own Boss Programme!

“ΑΙΧ” cheese products were born as an idea from Maria’s need to return to the roots of her family tradition with respect for the natural environment. The purpose is to exploit both the production process (using Renewable Energy Sources) and the packaging (with zero use of plastics, the ability to reuse packaging by the customer) creating a “green” business.

Maria attended the four-day entrepreneurship seminar and received personalized guidance from Mr. Manolis Chlouverakis (KEMEL).
