Katerina Triviza is the Corporate Programs Manager of Thrive Global in Greece. During her 40 years of experience in the field of HR, she has served as General Manager of Eurobank Business Services, Human Resources Manager at Eurobank Bank, while she worked for 10 years in the Directorate of International Agreements at the Council of Ministers of the European Union.

In addition to her professional activity, for a number of years she has been a member of professional organizations, such as CEO Clubs Greece as Vice Executive President, ACEO, EIMAD, TAGE, SDADE, while in recent years she has also provided mentoring services to entrepreneurs, founders of start-ups and high-ranking executives of companies.
