Eleni Maria Kalafati was born in Athens in 1991. Since her graduation from the department of International and European Economic Studies (Athens University of Economics and Business), she has worked in both the private and the public sector, mainly in the field of international economic relations. She holds a MSc in International Negotiations (1st class – high distinction) from the same university and, at the moment, she provides corporate training in soft skills to various businesses professionally, through her own business, Make It Count. 

Furthermore, she is an instructor of economics and entrepreneurship at City Unity College, where she is also in charge for the institution’s negotiation workshop. She has attended seminars in Yale University (negotiations), Northwestern University (organizational leadership) and the University of London (modern diplomacy), while, last year, she “graduated” from Women Act’s Leadership Academy.
