Panagiota Alexiou is an economist with a class A accountant’s license, member of the Greek Chamber of Commerce, and Business Consultant specializing in Business Coaching, in the formation of strategy for small and medium enterprises. Has created an innovative methodology for the development of the entrepreneur, with the aim of using all the potential resources contained in a business.

She graduated of the Economics Department of the University of Macedonia and the School Kindergartens of the Uni of Thessaly. Has completed 3 years of studies at International Coach Academy with professional PCC certification, an Adults’ Trainer, and Career Counselor with GCDF professional certification. In 2016 she delivered the first Research Paper in Greece about coaching with the title “Coaching as a tool for the new Manager”, regarding her master’s degree in business administration of the Open University of Patras.

She participates from a young age in administrative boards of schools, professional and educational associations, is a founding member of EFEE N. Kozani and Greek Branch of the International Certified Coaching Body ICF and served as President of the “Skakistakos” Chess Academy, leading her to the First National Tournament.

She is vice president and founding member of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Association of Western Macedonia, Mentor the University of Western Macedonia and of ERGANY and member of the business group BNI POSEIDON based in Piraeus.

She is the mother of three adult children, a permanent resident of Ptolemaida where the headquarters of the company Success Is Simple M.IKE are based and previously its sole proprietorship in business since 1996.
